Service Alert: Temporary No Riding & No Parking Zones for Anzac Day

Anzac Day No Riding & No Parking Zones will be in effect across various locations in Australia. During this time, restrictions for where Neuron e-scooters can be ridden and parked will be in place.

Adelaide

Anzac Day No Riding Zones will be in effect from 12pm Sat 24th April until 1pm Sun 25th April.  During this time Neuron e-scooters cannot be ridden or parked around The National War Memorial, Torrens Parade Grounds and in Prince Henry Gardens. 

Additional closures from 3am Sun 25th April until 1pm Sun 25th April, North Terrace – between Pulteney Street and Station Road, King William Street – between Rundle Mall and Kermode Street,  Pulteney st to Hindmarsh Square and Victoria drive for the Dawn Service and Anzac Day March.

Brisbane

To accommodate the Anzac Day Dawn Service and Anzac Day Parade there will be No Riding Zones and No Parking Zones in effect from 3am to 12:30pm Sun 25th April in the Brisbane CBD.

The No Riding Zones will be:

From 3am – 6am Neuron e-scooters cannot be ridden in the area shaded in red.

From 8am – 12:30pm Neuron e-scooters cannot be ridden in the area shaded in black.

Neuron e-scooters will not be able to park in either of these areas from midnight through through 12:30pm on 25th April 2021.

Bundaberg

Anzac Day No Riding & No Parking Zones will be in effect at the following locations on Sun 25th April
ANZAC Park in Bundaberg from 3am – 11am
Bargara War Memorial from 3am – 9am

Darwin

Anzac Day No Riding Zone will be in effect between 12pm Sat 24th April to 10am Sun 25th April. During this time Neuron e-scooters cannot be ridden or parked around the Darwin Cenotaph War Memorial and Bicentennial Park. 

Additional No Riding Zones will be established Sun 25th April along the esplanade (Herbert to Peel Street) for the Dawn Service and Knuckey Street for the Parade.

Townsville

Anzac Day No Riding Zone will be in effect from 4:30am to  11am on Sun 25th April. During this time Neuron e-scooters cannot be ridden or parked at:

THE STRAND AREA:

    • Mariners Drive to Upper Wickham Street
    • Upper Wickham Street  from Flinders Street to The Strand
    • Melton Terrace – from Hamilton Street to The Strand
    • Cleveland Terrace – from Carter Street to Melton Terrace
    • Leichhardt St – from Mitchell Street to The Strand
    • The Strand – from Landsborough Street to Upper Wickham Street (including Mariners Drive)
    • Stuart Street – from Mitchell Street to The Strand Police Beat
    • Gregory Street – from Mitchell Street to The Strand
    • Oxley St – from Mitchell Street to the Strand
    • Melton Terrace – from Cleveland Terrace to The Strand
    • Upper Wickham Street – from Flinders Street to The Strand
